“Sheryl is fantastic! Her training was well thought out, organized, and well paced. She engaged our group of postpartum doulas in ways that meant that we could easily apply what we were learning to real-life situations with our clients. I feel confident that we are much better equipped to know how to help parents who are experiencing postpartum anxiety.”
— Nikki Wray, Co-Founder, Metropolitan Doulas

"Sheryl's training was a clear and concise introduction to the many faces of postpartum anxiety disorders and coping strategies that can help mothers suffering from them. As a postpartum doula, this information is a truly valuable tool for me to use in my work with new mothers. I would recommend her training to anyone who works with new families."
—Jennifer Whelan, Owner, Mother’s Little Helper Postpartum Doula Services

“Sheryl's training content was relevant, easy to digest, and supported by research. I liked the structure and sequence — it made sense to me! Also, she facilitated a warm and friendly environment in which I felt comfortable asking questions and sharing stories. I definitely recommend this training!”
—Cindy A., postpartum doula

“Given the spectrum of perinatal mood complications, and the short shrift given to many along that continuum, I appreciated the scope and depth of your training. While learning is never done, your session was an excellent orientation and base for postpartum providers (like myself) who witness and support a range of postpartum journeys. Thank you.”
— Ayesha Chatterjee, postpartum doula and lactation consultant
