About the Facilitator
This group will be led by Sheryl Aaron, LICSW, EMDR-C, an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training with Deany Laliotis, LICSW. Who Should Apply?

(3) Completed some training related to perinatal mental health

Certification Hours: This group can be used to earn hours toward your EMDRIA certification. Please note, however, that EMDRIA will only credit you for 15 out of the 20 hours required for certification with a Consultant-in-Training (CIT).  The remaining 5 hours must be provided by an EMDRIA-approved Consultant, or you can continue in the group until Sheryl has reached full Consultant status.

Attendance: To ensure the cohesiveness of the consultation group, you are asked to commit to and pay for the scheduled meetings in advance. If you must miss one of your group’s sessions, you may — with advanced notice — attend another group’s session as a makeup. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Application/Registration: Please fill out this form to apply for the group. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll be asked to have a brief conversation with Sheryl to ensure the group is a good fit. For any questions, please write to or call 202.350.4322.
